If you've already registered, you DO have to enter your name and e-mail on the first page.

I don't think so. But if you are able to click ANYTHING on the LE page, hitting Continue will keep bringing you back to the LE page until you are able to get what you clicked. While you do so, another LE might open.
 
Had to leave for a meeting at 9:30, just got back. Right now the only thing available is the nesting doll set. Will try a few more times and then give up. At least there's nothing I need for myself!

Keep trying this is where I was stuck too and then got back in and bought the pins.

Yes, that is a frustration. Do you have another email address? It is the email that needs to be unique.

When people don't enter their payment quickly enough, the inventory becomes available again.

It's pure luck. You'll see all Sold Out over and over again and then suddenly something will be available.

I had to go back to the initial page and check the understand button, enter my name and email address... it took me back to the same page I had where all pins were available and this time I was able to complete the purchase
 
The other observation is that all the pins were in my cart... if I HAD given up then those pins would have released at some point, so this is why the inventory is so variable and some people are able to buy them all an hour or more after the start of the release.
 
So if I'm on the LE page and everything shows as sold out, should I keep refreshing the page or close it out completely and try to get in again? Or at this point, should I just believe that they're all sold out? :/

I really want the BH6 set, but of course if there's any hope for Aladdin and Mulan, I'd like those too.

Bleh, I hate that I forgot about this release, lol. I even set up reminders on my phone too.
 
Incredibly frustrating experience. One second you think you have something, then you don’t...

I would try refreshing on the LE page.
 
Spinning, spinning, still spinning. I might as well get in the next line, looking for that Mulan pin. Any help would be really appreciated. In the meantime I will continue to stare at the swirling circle.
