• Vanellope Turn Over Time Pin: Fifth release in the Turn Over Time collection for 2023 at Disney Parks! Features Vanellope with a rotating glass timer. This is a bi-monthly collection that alternates between both coasts. Limited edition of 2,500 and the retail price is $21.99. Available starting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at WDW.

My guess...a water balloon or a fish in a bag. I think the first over the second.

I think it might be a balloon that he's going to poke with a pin he's holding in his other hand?

The original artwork for it was Huey lighting dynamite, so this is the tamer version I guess.

Anyway, thanks for the info, but still looks weird and I just noticed that there are corresponding "things" behind the other nephews.

With the droplets on Donald, I was wondering if those things were supposed to be water balloons. That would somewhat explain the odder shape. The boys do get him with a bag of water in the original cartoon.
