trying for the first time! any other tips along with the awesome ones from @LittleBird?

If I make it to the order page and something isn't sold out, do I have to grab it and check out right away? Or can you sit and try to refresh for more?
 
I'll be hopefully trying for a couple color blocks, and maybe the pascal hat for a friend.

Unfortunately, no. But once you get to the credit card info. page, it holds your pins for fifteen minutes, so you have that long to enter all your information.

That I'm not sure about. I think that if you click one box, it will stay clicked while you keep refreshing to see if other boxes open up, but I am not 100% sure. Has anybody tried this?

This has worked for me. Even if an error message occurs - keep the items clicked/selected.

So its okay to use the refresh button but just not the back button? I swear it kicked me back to the beginning for refreshing last time

With the server as crowded as it is, almost anything can cause a boot-out. A lot of it is just luck unfortunately. Even the tips I posted are not guaranteed, but they do help, I think.
