Anybody get stressed trying to display pins

I worry sometimes if I rearrange things that I'll like them better the way they were before . . . so I've started taking pictures of the boards before I start.
And I use an old Pokémon card (a duplicate of a very common card!) to get pins off the boards. Sliding the card between the board & the back of the pin makes it so much easier to lift the pin straight out.

I did that once. Had to change it back.

My anxiety comes from not having enough wall space or the type of display I want. Or not wanting to separate my pins from their original cards until I have archived the Price, SKU, and a notation that I did get it on original card somewhere. That takes a lot of time, I don't always want to invest in that part. Then I get anxiety about not having displayed my pins.

really think about ROI on pins so i want to display them but im afraid my kids will play with them (lost 2 already) or someone will randomly pull off my board (lots of houseguests). shadow boxes are OK but i really want a pretty princessy set up 🥹

It took me years to even display any of my pins. I hated the idea of taking my pins off their backer cards or out of their packaging. It takes me a long time to match up a board with the collection I want to display and then even longer to choose the pins that will make the cut onto the board. Then I have to place them just right. Takes me far too long.I have so many unopened/unused boards right now waiting for me to decide which of my pins will make the cut.
