Anyone bought from Your WDW Store?

So..... I found a totally amazing pin on this site (thanks to MegglesM, I owe you big time! <3) called Your WDW Store, which I'm guessing from the name and stock they carry is based in Florida. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before, and could give me any indication of how communicative/reliable they are? Any help would be appreciated muchly... thank you, and have a wonderful day!

Just based on their prices for some of their newer pins, they are more expensive than the actual park
So it seems like they just buy pins from the park itself and than sell them to make an extra buck

Yes, they are a little more expensive than the parks, but the pin I found is like my biggest grail at the moment, and of course you can't find it n the parks anymore so DW I'm not getting ripped off! :lol:

I'm pretty sure someone started a thread on the same site a few days ago and the best I can remember, all the feedback was positive. You may want to look back through some of the threads for the last few days and see if you can find it just to be sure.

I just bought from them last week. Had a wonderful experience they shipped quickly and everything was packed well.

they run their business out of their home and most of the items they sell they just run over to WDW and buy for you. They do have somethings actually on hand but probably 95% is stuff they have to buy for you

I bought from them once, never received the item, emailed/called no response, luckily paid with paypal and a credit card so was able to get my money back

Wow!!! They sure have a lot of TLM PODM... Makes me nervous about the Lion King one :/ I hope they don't snatch all of them!

They tend to be pretty hit and miss. Sometimes it takes a while to even get in touch with anyone if there is a problem.

I bought mickey ears from them once. I bought insurance to go with it because they were the only store I found selling these particular ears (no longer sold in the parks at the time). It's a good thing I got insurance because it ended up getting lost in the mail according to them. Luckily, they had two so they sent over the other one. I got that one, so in the end I was happy. According to them, if I hadn't felt the need to buy insurance, they wouldn't have sent me a replacement or given me a refund and I would have been very upset.
