Anyone have this Aulani Guide Book?

I just stumbled across an online listing that includes this Aulani Guide Book and am wondering if, by any chance, any of you here have it? If so, would anyone be willing to scan it or take pictures of the covers and pages? My Nanea doll needs me to make this to go with her mini Aulani stuff! Thanks!

I've tried for that brochure a lot of times, but after you fill the whole thing out it tells you that there's an error. It's supposed to be downloadable, even.

I think i found scans of what two of the inside spreads might look like. Perhaps you can photoshop the cover and make these the inner pages and it might work ??
