I wouldn't do one from a starter set or a booster set. Even the rack and mystery pins don't seem to do as well in auctions as LE pins. I'd recommend your hinged poster or your tinker bell, just based on the auctions I've seen on here. I'd also check Goofy_Moe's auction tips sticky thread if you haven't already; he's got useful info there for making the most success of an auction.
