According to family at DTD CM's are strictly limiting the purchase to 2 boxes/person, no exceptions.

I know I was able to get four boxes last night (2 per person) and they had quite a few boxes left at Disney Springs at Disney's Pin Traders but were sold out at the Frontier Trading Post in MK.
 
Gwah. All I want is Pain and Panic from that set to go with my Hades collection, but no way to get a box or two. I'm sure they'll all be gone by Thursday when I'm up there.

We were in MK on the 12th - so that's where we were looking. I saw them at MK on Saturday and Sunday though. Sunday They still had a bunch, but some girl in front of me at the wall at the Trading Post grabbed every single box on the wall and bought them <_____<
