8 pin set. I ordered 8 boxes from Boxlunch and got ALL 8 of the individual pins!! No Duplicates! Totally opposite of what I experienced with Loungefly direct with the Hercules 25th Anniversary pin set (ordered 8 and got 8 Hercules ONLY pins)!! Pin Karma came around I think!
