Quick Question, if the pins came on cards to begin with, like a rack, DSF, etc. pin; will the pin include their card?

I hope the Carl pin will arrive on his birthday, feeling so bad about it
But here in the Netherlands we don't get a costum # or we have to send insured and it's €16 and over...
