On March 10th , I sent 3 pins to Mr Balloontic to Dublin Ireland . At the same time packages went out to Jaapan and The Netherlands, they received theirs a few days after posting and I received my pins from Mt Ballloonatic. I feel absolutely horrible . I sent him two DSF pins the Jessica ice cream delight pin , beloved Tales Fox and the Hound and the chip n dale AP pin from WDW last year that was in a set of five pins commentating 40!years of the MK . I want to make this right and re send the pins , can anyone help me by selling me these pins . Thank You, I'd be so appreciative .

Just a few questions (sorry, don't have any of those pins, but there might be a Fox & the Hound still available at DSF.) Call them at (323) 817-1475 to see which BT pins they still have in stock. If they have F&H, you can order it on the phone

1. Do you have the customs #? What does USPS say with that?
2. What value did you place on the pins? Sometimes customs holds it for the recipient so that the recipient can pay customs duties.

Not in Ireland I don't believe.

No I sent it as gift, I only put a $20.00 value to the pins . I am really upset this has never happened to me sending anything over the pond . USPS stated the same thing, it could be held in customs, but 3 weeks ? Someone please help me I feel so very bad .

If you only sent on March 10 I would wait a little longer before trying to replace them. Overseas mailing is tricky...sometimes it will take a week or less for a package to arrive and sometimes it takes up to two months. If I were you, I would wait AT LEAST a month- month and a half before you start trying to replace them. I'm sure your package will show up. :)

I'd say wait it out...I did a trade with someone in paris and they got my pins within a week yet their pins to me took well over a month...Japan normally doesn't take long either way so it isn't much of a comparison

I can go get you the F&H pin at DSF if it is still there. They still have Alice PTD, perhaps one of those would be equally acceptable. I know Jessica is hard to replace, I missed her too.

You should definitely wait. I waited one time for 8 weeks for a package to finally arrive and it was definitely postmarked as of the date the person told me it was. I got a bit frustrated at the person but they assured me it was sent and they had quite a bit of feedback on dizpins also.

Hi, I too would wait a while longer.

I have only had one package ever lost going overseas and it was to Ireland. I too felt bad so I sent replacement pins and it took a month for thesecond package to arrive. (As far as I know the first package never arrived). I hope you have good luck with your package, being like my second one and it just taking a while to get there. Sorry I don't have any of the pins you are looking for :(

I'm still waiting for a pin to arrive from Belgium...It's been 6 weeks now...I'm hoping it will be here shortly, but I have had to wait 2 months before.

Hi - I have traded overseas quite a bit and things do happen. Some of my packages have gotten stuck in customs for several weeks/month. Sometimes it has taken a month and a half to receive their package. Once I came home and found a package that I had sent over a month before sitting on my porch and all beaten up! Thank goodness all of the pins were still in the box. I was so upset, hurried and emailed the person and repacked the pins and mailed them off. I have learned to wait a while knowing you never know what can happen. :)
