Contests and other info

I see that you are able to get awards and one is for winning contests and giveaways! How do you find out about these contests and giveaways? And how do you get the other awards?

Also, is there somewhere that explains the different member levels on here?

Thank you for this, but that is where I found out about it. I am trying to find out how we enter these contest, and how we get the other awards!
