from what I have seen it is like an interactive game at some of the parks? and you can scan the cards into the machines? is there anyway you can play at home? It looks really interesting. I am ofcourse going to get the Hades pin and found myself wondering about the game.
Thankyou.

Basically, the villains are taking over the magic kingdom- so you get a pack of cards, and go to various locations around the park. You hold up spell cards and fight the villains. After a character talks to you they tell you where the next portal is... It is very fun, but it will take longer than a day to complete the whole thing.... my boyfriend and I stopped playing because we only had one day at MK and it was too time consuming. :( If I had a year pass I would be playing it every day! Haha. There are different levels, and stuff... haha.

it's so MUCH fun! When I went I played and I got so many cards! :)
There was people with little binders that had a bunch of cards

I wish they brought it to Disneyland!

My husband and I went in February when they were beta-testing. We were there for a week and we were lucky enough to find out about it on our second day there. We were able to collect all the cards by coming every night and trading with other players, except the rare cards. The graphics are so cool! We did see a couple of people with their iPads so they could do multiple cards with multiple effects.

with their iPads? do explain!...

The setup recognizes the picture on the card. Sooo...Some folks have copied photos from the on-line listing of the cards onto their smart phones or iPads and found that the game can be played with them. The smart phones will only allow one card to be played at a time, while the iPad allows you to play up to four cards at a time.

See this site and read through all of the comments after the card listing for more info:
