Although I only have two coming in the mail. I'd say based on pictures my two favorite are Cruella and Ursula. I don't like Tangled so I Mother Gothel does nothing for me. However, I am slightly disappointed in Maleficent. I just feel they could have done something better with her design.
I got my pins (yay!!) and I am in love! 
I am writing on this thread because I'm not sure if it was mentioned, but I think some of the marks on the pins are removable. My mom had a black mark on Ursula's dress and I had one on my Mother Gothel's arm. I was so worried at first, but we went ahead and used a slightly wet washcloth on it and dabbed it a bit (not rubbing too hard) and... voila!! Good as new! :hsd: So I don't know if anyone else has anything like that on their pins, but thought I'd pass along the tip just in case it helps =)
I think my absolute favorites have to be the Queen of Hearts, Mother Gothel and surprisingly (for me at least) Ursula. I wasn't planning on keeping Ursula before but I think I might see if she fits in my collection even for a while. I really love the way they did her hair and her dress is just gorgeous. I really love Mother Gothel's dress too. Of course, the Queen of Hearts steals "my heart" (aha, aha, I slay myself! =P) as I really think she is the prettiest of them all <3
