I'm a little behind the times on these, so don't mind if this is an old question.

Is the only way to get the designer princess pins by buying the set? Or do they come with the dolls by chance? I heard something about the rapunzel being a completer pin, so I wasn't sure. I don't want all of them, but I wouldn't mind trying to get one or two for my niece (and me).

The Designer Princess pins are LE 150, and were only sold at the D23 convention. The whole set was sold, no chasers or completers. The Reveal/Conceal Disney Girls is where Rapunzel is the Chaser/Completer.

Your best bet, sadly, is ebay, or finding someone to trade with/buy from, and they are a pretty penny!

Lol yeah, sadly these pins are a small fortune now. I've seen Rapunzel sell for $170 at auction, Snow White barely sold for $90, and Jasmine sold for $63. I think Tiana/Aurora/Cindy/Pocahontas/Mulan sell in the $40-50 range, and Belle/Ariel sell in the $70-100 range. With it being an LE150 set, its going to progressively get harder to find them just because collectors want them in their collection for good.
