I also would LOVE to keep the old PinPics that I have used successfully for 10 years. Is there ANY hope of keeping this wonderful, simple, easy to use "old" version around? What I like best about old system is the simple SINGLE SET of check boxes for TAS. & the fact the results come each morning via EMAIL & not the IMHO "tedious" PMs.

There is a message on Pin Talk that explains that moving from email to a PM system was one of the primary changes they wanted to implement with New Pinpics. The message explains that they have been blocked by multiple ISPs for spam, and that it's a time consuming process to get removed from those spam lists. So I do not think there will be any movement back toward an email system.

The issue seemed to be the volume of bounced emails from "dead" accounts that would end up being redirected to the ISP Administrator accounts. I asked my techy husband if there were any alternatives, and he said their company uses a service through Socket Labs. If people prefer the email option, someone will probably have to come up with a reasonable way to handle dead accounts in a timely manner, so Pinpics doesn't end up on an ISP's spammer list. I'm sure there has to be, but I don't have that knowledge, but maybe someone else does.
