Did not receive pin from pinpics/How to leave feedback?

Hey everyone I made a trade with someone and he never sent me his part. I even put a DC coad to track and its been a few weeks. I emailed him a few times with not a single reply. What can I do? Is there a way to give negative feedback from pin pics because I don't know if he's on the forum. :/ kinda lame this happened. :/

Was this a PinPics trade or a trade here? I do not think you can leave negative feedback on a PinPics trade, only escalate it to one of the mods and let them know.

If its through PinPics, email pinpics and explain. I had this a few years ago and that member has been permanently banned.

I am also having trouble with a member on here so I will be emailing the mods tomorrow as I have been waiting 2 months for a pin.

Hi, I have only had this problem twice in the past three years. Some people unfortunately do take advantage and don't post pins. Like I said above, I mailed my pin in Aug and it was received the next week...still waiting for mine and I keep getting excuses.

I am in the same boat. I sent my pin with DC and then he e-mailed me that his best friend had passed away in another state and he was going to help his mother. Now it has been almost 3 weeks since he told me that. I waited about two weeks to give him time but now I've e-mailed him twice with no response. I feel bad and all about the friend, but sheesh...it's been 3 weeks. I am waiting til Friday and if I don't hear back I will have to file a complaint with pinpics.
