Anyone else awake at this time? I am working the graveyard shift so desperately need these posts to keep coming in to help me stay awake...
 
Any new updates or pics of what the lines look like in Paris? What about the UK? Have people started lining up too?
 
Good luck to everyone getting the designer set tomorrow, ESPECIALLY to people in Europe who are going for both the 17" dolls and the designer set all at once. There are gonna be some interesting stories with that one. I'm interested in seeing how the set does in America when compared to the Cinderella and Tremaine set.
 
Question in case I missed it, are the designers a raffle this year or a first come first served thing this year? Super nervous for going in the morning.

My store called me to let me know the release is tomorrow and it is being handled raffle style. You have to put your name on the list between 12p-1p and names are being chosen at 1:15p. You may want to call your store in the morning and verify. I was glad for the call since it saved me a trip to the store in the early morning hours. She said they didn't expect too many people since they have not had much interest in these dolls.
 
I'm putting my name in for the raffle when I pick up the 17" Belle I preordered in the store (good thing I did that because the one I ordered for sis online STILL hasn't been shipped).

I'm pretty sure that's the time for the raffle (1 pm) and if they won't let me put my name in at 10 a.m., I'll come back at 12:55 p.m. to do so

I'm surprised they haven't expanded on and exploited that "confirmed" theory and Jane for that matter considering she's their sister in law. She technically has every right to be marketed as much as Anna and Elsa have been right now LMAO.

Disney no longer has the rights to Tarzan. Any hoping for Jane dolls (or Tarzan products in general) are going to be sadly disappointed.

Yeah, those horror stories are usually reserved for the US, lol. So sorry Europe gets to join the "fun" now.
 
I would much prefer a raffle system for the UK. I just hate how ours are done on the same day so I'm trying online this morning then if I don't get any luck I'll be taking a trip to my nearest store.

Will there be a raffle rush?

It looks like some times had a few Belle and Gaston sets left over. I think this release will sell out by the end of the day.
 
I went to the champs elysées store, arrived on monday 3.30 pm. Got my dolls ^^.

Ugh she's so pretty! I honestly think this set is pretty underrated. Its not one of the best sets ever or anything, but I just love how they made Belle's dress look!
 
Got my Belle/Gaston set in store today, love them :)
Once again, my store was super busy for the raffle. But if it's like last release, only my store is like this... lol
 
Got my belle and gaston 17 inches dolls this 4 pm. The cast member asked me if I like to see their last remaining beast and I said yes. omg, even my husband like how he was made. He looks gorgeous and expensive. Not cheap plastic at all. He looks way better than promo pictures. I couldnt resist buying him as well. There were still some belle and gaston designer sets left but I didnt have the funds to purchase them then.
 
So for anyone who is going for every designer set, was this release as quiet as the Cinderella/Tremaine release or was it more lively? I have heard of some places being pretty lively and others being quiet. It seems like this set was at least a little more popular, but not enough to make things crazy or anything.

i think it did better than cinderella at least...i just came to the store to pick up my 17 inches belle and gaston and unexpectedly, beast.it sold out online though there are some remaining in some stores

Good to know. I'm curious to see if the set will stay online for very long here in the US tonight. Meanwhile, I will just be twiddling my thumbs waiting for the Alice and Queen of Hearts set to come out. October 4th cant get here fast enough!
