So I got to the D23 Expo at 4:00 am and lined up on Harbor Blvd along with a bunch of other crazies. Most of us wanting to get into the Disney Store in the Consumer Products Pavillion at the Expo. After a great deal of craziness and some horrible Expo crowd control we were queued up and informed that they would be handing out pink wristbands for the Fairytale Couples Pinset and yellow for the Little Mermaid Boxed pin. Of course all the pink wristbands went to Sorcerer members, but I got a yellow one. When I was talking to a cast member in the store, he informed me that they had given out 200 yellow wristbands for the Little Mermaid pin. Just to let you know.
 
geez they're already up on the Bay starting at 299.99 and up. Sorry Disney, but you really screwed anyone who couldn't get to the Expo this year!

Even those that went to the Expo they screwed over. I'm sorry, but Sorcerer ticket holders getting 4 Designer sets (one seller on the Bay had 4 sets...I heard that one person got 3 sets today) while everyone else (who bought tickets) getting 0 is NOT fair either.

P.S. I didn't attend D23, just an Ariel fan trying to find 2 pins at the moment :lol:
 
so does this mean there won't be an online sale for Ariel? Are we in the U.S basically screwed if we want this pin? THE HORROR!
 
I've been thinking. That's maybe why you guys in the US never got the advert on DS.COM cause the US portion of the pins were to be sold at D23 and Disney 'forgot' to point that out? Still raging.
 
I feel though, this'll be Dreams Tangled all over again :/

I think the price is not really that bad, considering it comes in a pretty box and such.
