Disney Tsum Tsum

There's no info about Europe... I'm afraid we won't get it :-(
How much do you think it will cost send them to Spain? Ebay prices will be huge (like happens with D23 exclusive tusms).
Don't like at all the Small Tsum. It's a bad excuse to increase the price for the exclusive tsum and we will pay that on secondary market. We won't get the small one but we will have to pay for everything and more...

If you really want them, best try to find someone in the US who can ship them to you.

I'm debating whether to get this. It's basically $20 for a small tsum-tsum, seems kind of ridiculous to me. But watch them be super adorable.

I'd rather wait and see if any of the "exclusive" Tsums will be put on eBay so I would only have to pay for the ones I wanted, but that's just me. And the "small" size seems a little unusual...just an inch different from the minis? I wonder if it will make that much of a difference.

$25 + taxes + shipment to me + recharge for the favor = too much for me. What's means it will be also to much for me in eBay too...
If they start to include exclusive characters I think I'm out of this...

That's exactly what I've decided to do (with both the tsum tsum boxes and pin park packs). There are just too many characters and movies I *don't* collect to make such an expensive chance worthwhile. If anything comes out that I want to get, I'll grab it from the secondary market. It'll be more expensive for that one item but overall I'll still be saving money.

If I were an overall tsum tsum collector/completist it might be worth it after factoring in secondary market prices, but I'm just not the right target audience for these.

I went to one of my stores today for the Peter Pan Designer Set, and they still had a full wall of all the Marvel Tsum Tsums. Being that they aren't selling so fast online, seems like they aren't too popular. ;_; I still hope they do more Marvel characters though. :)

AHHH I can't wait for the Peter Pan tsum tsums! That day is going to be absolutely horrible, but thankfully I don't want a full set. I just want Peter, Tink, Wendy, Hook and MAYBE Tiger Lilly along with the Frozen Fever tsum tsum set that is supposed to come out that day as well.

I was really hoping it was an indication that may be making more of them to keep up with demand. I'd like to see more Marvel Tsum Tsums. I'd love a Loki and Scarlet Witch. I didn't get any of this set for myself as I'm spending way too much on dolls for myself this month, but I got the full set for my nephew. He loves Marvel and it's nice there's plenty of variety of Tsum Tsums to appeal to boys and girls.

I don't remember Disney putting a limit on the tsum-tsums in the past or at least not doing 2 per household. I think that will keep them online a bit longer and I think they made more of Marvel. I also don't know how many Marvel fans really know about tsum-tsums. A lot of Disney fans tend to be Marvel fans but people mostly interested in comics/Marvel aren't always Disney fans. Also, Disney didn't really promote this set so that could also be why they aren't selling out yet.

My store had about 85 people in line by opening, far greater numbers than we had for Nightmare Before Christmas or Lilo & Stitch. They sold out of everyone but Spider-Man and Captain America (and I only saw about 5-7 of him left over in the tub behind the counter when I got my dolls around a quarter after one in the afternoon)....

Disney Store really needs to send more stock to their west coast stores. These things are HUGE amoung Asian collectors in particular. The west coast of North America has HUGE populations of people of Asian descent. Demographics.

But I'm sure nothing will change and it will keep getting more and more crazy every month (I am DREADING November 3rd, ugh, what an awful day that will be).

You are soooooo right about the whole Asian demographic getting the tsum tsums. Every time I see a young Asian person or group at work, they always got straight to the tsum tsums area. But then again, something that came from Japan; you're obviously going to see that particular group because of cute they are. They take "Kawaii" merchandise very seriously & it's pretty dedicated if I do say so myself :D

It was actually the complete opposite for our store, we had pretty much everyone left. But give it a couple of days for everyone to check it out & I bet you we'll be sold out very soon.

Do you guys think they'll release more Marvel tsum tsum designs? Like the Guardians of the Galaxy? Loki, Bucky, or Even Ant Man!? Because they gotta release them soon since they teased us by putting them on the tsum tsum tag.

Also, I know this won't happen any time soon but does anybody think they'll release Star Wars tsum tsums? Hopefully in December to coincide with the movie release. I call dips on little chewy & yoda. Possibly even ewoks & don't kill me if I say this but I would love if they did a Jar Jar Binks lol!

I don't see why they wouldn't continue the Marvel line! I also don't see them not doing Star Wars in the future. Those are their biggest properties, so just like Frozen, I'm betting they want to milk all of those as much as possible. And I, for one, am all for it!

I would love to have Bucky or Loki join my collection. But if/when they do Star Wars, I would just about die. I would get like every character, because I love the series so much.... even Jar Jar! Star Wars tsum tsums would look pretty great in general though-- especially if they were to make a Queen Amidala one. Now that would be something.

The day they make star wars tsum tsums will be one of the happiest days of my life  I can just imagine all the character possibilities, its endless!

I found this on a website called tsumtsumcentral and they said starting next TTT Disney will be releasing "mega sized" tsums (along with the Peter Pan, Frozen Fever and Christmas releases). Did anyone else see this info posted elsewhere? Gawd, I can only imagine what one of those things will cost, especially S&H LOL!

I have 8 tsumtsums over all, and 5 of them are Nightmare Before Christmas related. I promised myself I wasn't going to start collecting them, but then the Lilo and Stitch set came out, and then NBC... I crumbled, so fast. I went in for the Marvel ones and while the Glasgow store has a ton of the minis - they were restocking them throughout the day - we didn't have much in the way of the other sizes. I think it's just due to the store size to be honest. We might be the flagship Scottish store, but floor-space wise, there's not that much space.

But yeah, the Marvel tsumtsums... I actually didn't like as much seeing them in person as I did online. Though I didn't see Spider-Man, and I still think Spider-Man design is adorable so... we'll wait and see. I'm liking the idea of the Peter Pan ones, but I'll need to wait and see what they look like in person. Hoping they are winsome in person.

The rumors of or a mega sized tsum tsum started around SDCC and I have seen various mentions of it. I want one and I really shouldn't. Lol

Website won't even load for me! What a joke! I don't think I've ever ordered from this store without having some kind of trouble!

Just going to go ahead and say that the subscription service offerings (at least for this first month) are laughable at best. $25 for a mini smirking Oswald and a small Mickey? From the looks of it, the small size is just the size of a carrier plush anyway. The only thing of real note or value is Oswald, and even then you'd probably be better off finding him through a third party seller for a better price.

And for all you new tsum collectors, keep in mind that the best way to collect tsums is to just get your favorites every month. Unless you're made of money it can get expensive to try to buy full sets while also trying to catch up by buying tsums through sellers. If you try to get them all at once it'll get very frustrating and you might make impulse buys you regret later once the craze has died down. I'd say impulse control is the best thing I've learned over my past year as a tsum collector.

Well said! :)
