I've seen the pictures of Jasmine and I think she looks gorgeous. I don't even mind the shine! Definitely staying up to preorder her tonight
 
I'm preordering her tonight. I probably should have gone to the mall after lunch, but was like, nah, I'll just pre-order tonight

Huh, I figured there would be a bit more people in line for her in store! I have decided to wait until October and see if someone in Canada is selling her on the secondary market. I really like her, but I do already have both designer Jasmines, which are gorgeous but very similar, and I think she would look a bit out of place as I only have an Elsa and an Anna 17" doll. Not willing to spend the $250 CND just to get her when I already have 2 other versions of her in the same outfit. Good luck to all those staying up to pre-order

I would recommend going for her! If you always change your mind you are able to cancel the online preorder! Good luck everyone!
 
I might actually try to pre-order online where I don't have to pay upfront. My only worry about ordering online is that she will get lost in the mail, especially after the fiasco that happened with last years designer collection and Sleeping Beauty dolls. If I don't, then I can always wait until she goes on the secondary market like I said before. I just need to use my money towards other things right now, and the Art of Jasmine/Aladdin and Fairytale Designer Collection items are gonna hurt my wallet enough as it is. Either way, I wish everyone the best of luck tonight!
 
My store was super quiet today too, with as many people there for tsum tsums as for Jasmine and several pre-orders left over. Good catch on the LE Teal! It's nice that it's quiet but so strange that there haven't been blog posts or other announcements. She does look beautiful in person!
 
Good luck to everyone trying for Jasmine tonight. If the store release today was any indication, the online process shouldn't be too hectic ... (well fingers crossed anyway!) I am going to bed now so I guess I will read all about it tomorrow!
 
Anyone think the Art Of Jasmine collection will show up tonight as well? I think it may, but I also think it will most likely first debut at d23.

Yes, but if you have a credit card, I would do that instead. They put a hold on the card (or funds) to make sure you have it, then release it a few days later.

I was going to express this very same thing. Pre-ordering online with the sole intent of not having to pay upfront is a gamble. True some banks do not deduct the amount immediately, but as stated above others do put a hold on the card to make sure the funds are available. I would advise to have all the money available at the moment of pre-order as we have read many sad cancellation stories throughout the years due to insufficient funds. Better safe than sorry.
 
Hi guys. It's been forever since I've been on. School and work has been keeping so busy. I was so bummed that I couldn't make it to the store this morning since I've been moving and needed to handle that :-(

Did anyone who preordered post their number from their slip?
