I checked my order. What does this mean? Is there anyone else getting this same message? This is what is says:

Order Status: Active

That's the same message i received yesterday when i purchased Cinderella & Prince Charming. But today i got an e-mail with the confirmation of the shipping. So i guess everything should be fine, the store is just a bit busy at the moment.

I posted this yesterday but it probably got lost in all the doll picture excitement so sorry for the repost but I really need help....

Ok guys I really need some help/advice about my pre-ordered. So my order says shipped 10/02 with no tracking. Disney have STILL not emailed me any tracking info and have told me to wait another 1-3 days now! The money has been taken from my account. I have told them now I want to know where my doll is or I want my card refunded. It costs a lot to call from the UK but I guess by Friday I will have to call them. I would just like some advice of what I can say to them or do....I'm a little bit lost and emailing them just isn't cutting it as they keep giving me the same reply over and over.

I haven't got a tracking either.
It's totally messed up.
Though, why don't you call from Skype? It's a free number, so calling them from Skype is free.
 
Yeah me too, still no tracking. Send another email today.. Not really expecting much, just a refund maybe :D because in my opinion even without tracking UPS should have already contacted me! Btw, mine was supposedly shipped 10/02 as well.
 
Oh my goodness so many of us have the same problem, this is awful! I feel.so bad for everyone. Thank you so much I will try and skype them later. I think I am going to demand a refund now, its been nearly a week. Hopefully they can issue one easily amd quickly. Good luck everyone.

I know it's a long shot but does anyone have an extra blue Aurora they are willing to part with? My son had a rough night and we missed the sale. I am willing to pay above retail within reason. Thanks!

You just use the phone part of Skype (where you can dial a phone number) and use their regular 1+800 etc. customer service number - like I said it's a free number so Skype won't charge you for the call even though you're calling a phone. I was surprised the first time, since I expected Skype to charge for the call, but nothing (and I've called them several times through the year).

I am not sure if you need some Skype credit on your account to make the call, though. Nevertheless it's a free way to talk with the disney store for us international customers.
 
Just to add, I'm also one of those international ones that got an e-mail saying pink Aurora got shipped on 2nd of October without a UPS tracking number yet.....guess they messed up all international shippings.

Seems like it.
Since my husband bought an extra Aurora and had her sent to a Japanese shipping company in the US and he got tracking, where I'm sending directly to Japan and I have no tracking.
Have no idea what they're doing - but considering how much us international customers pay in shipping this is appalling to be honest.
Which is why I'm glad I'm using the shipping company for my designer set and Maleficent doll.

Thanx for sharing the pics of Maleficent. I'm happy I decided to get her in the last moment, since I was sure I didn't want her until yesterday.
 
Wow amazing photos! Thanks for sharing! I'm so glad they add that last minute cover-up for the neck. That pushed me to get her and she actually photos better than either of the Auroras!lol
 
Woah! I really didn't like Maleficent's promo photos but these do her such justice. :) Like that they covered her neck.
 
I got Aurora...,shes my first le doll because I only just now have a job...favorite princess. my order says active...does that mean I have her? I was charged...
 
Excited to say that I got Maleficent! After I ordered that I was so buzzed that I caved and bought Prince Phillip. I knew later I would regret not buying him. Congrats to all who lucked out and good luck to all who have to start checking ebay! :)

Beautiful pictures, especially this one! And great to see a picture of the back, don't believe I have seen one of those until now! I'm so excited to receive mine and fighting the urge of whether or not to take them out of the box, but knowing me I probably won't. By the way, does anybody debox and keep them inside a curio?
 
Deboxed Maleficent is pretty amazing!! *o* Thanks for the photos, the first one is really nice! I wouldn't have believed she's so cool actually. I like her waaay better now! I did like the box but in the promo pics she wasn't such a stunner. :/
 
To all the international guys with no tracking number: It's likely your dolls were not shipped at all. Mine too was allegedly shipped on 10/01 with no tracking number. I kept emailing guest services and eventually called them on Monday and within an hour I got a tracking number. Turns out she was picked up the same day by UPS, not the Wednesday before. Don't give up!
