DisneyStore Limited Edition 17" Dolls Discussion
I checked my order. What does this mean? Is there anyone else getting this same message? This is what is says:

I haven't got a tracking either.I posted this yesterday but it probably got lost in all the doll picture excitement so sorry for the repost but I really need help....
Ok guys I really need some help/advice about my pre-ordered. So my order says shipped 10/02 with no tracking. Disney have STILL not emailed me any tracking info and have told me to wait another 1-3 days now! The money has been taken from my account. I have told them now I want to know where my doll is or I want my card refunded. It costs a lot to call from the UK but I guess by Friday I will have to call them. I would just like some advice of what I can say to them or do....I'm a little bit lost and emailing them just isn't cutting it as they keep giving me the same reply over and over.
Yeah me too, still no tracking. Send another email today.. Not really expecting much, just a refund maybebecause in my opinion even without tracking UPS should have already contacted me! Btw, mine was supposedly shipped 10/02 as well.
You just use the phone part of Skype (where you can dial a phone number) and use their regular 1+800 etc. customer service number - like I said it's a free number so Skype won't charge you for the call even though you're calling a phone. I was surprised the first time, since I expected Skype to charge for the call, but nothing (and I've called them several times through the year).Milaya do you possibly have the skype number? I tried google and couldn't find one. Thank you!
Seems like it.Just to add, I'm also one of those international ones that got an e-mail saying pink Aurora got shipped on 2nd of October without a UPS tracking number yet.....guess they messed up all international shippings.
