It took me 4 days of emailing and didn't get offered a replacement . I ring and they do it virtually straight away. Oh well least it's sorted now
 
I called them too, she wasn't very helpful. Because I had sent an email, she told me to wait yet again for 2 days. I asked for a replacement doll but she told me she's not authorized to give one at this point. Waiting time included the call took only 6 minutes, felt really rushed and robotic. What do you people say to them to get a replacement? Oooooooh I'm so worried.:cry: They're probably having me wait for months, 2 days at a time and never receive a doll or refund.
 
I started emailing Sunday so u just going to have to hang in there. Ring on Saturday but make sure u send email Tomo and Saturday . Then if she don't give u one speak to manager. Don't give in! U will get one. Let me know how U get on

Some good news: I noticed a charge on my card and blue Aurora is shipped and has a tracking number from the UK store! I checked the order history page, haven't gotten an email about it yet.
 
So a friend of mine bought the entire set as a gift for someone else and selected 2 day shipping.

Cinderella shipped. The other 3 still haven't shipped. :/

Aaah i got a pink Aurora, too! For quiet a reasonable price... or whatever you can call that. I am so excited. I hope she arrives in a good condition at my home. So glad that i could get her, it's just crazy how her prize increases on ebay...
 
Does anyone know why I always get my shipping confirmation late? For example when the UK had the Frozen restock about two weeks ago me and my friend both ordered singing Elsa's and my friend recieved a shipping confirmation and then about 3 days later her doll turned up. I got my shipping confirmation days after hers but yet my item turned up the morning after receiving the shipping confirmation. I always get the confirmation the night before the item arrives lol, but yet others get it days before.
 
Still waiting to hear about my pink Aurora, sent another email this morning, I did make sure to mention calling yesterday and that it had been 6 days since I first requested tracking information
 

i agree, the dolls we bought in store should be perfect or else! LOL I'm happy you decided to get Phillip, I think he's worth it.
 
My Aurora arrived yesterday. I am in Canada but I did not get a tracking number nor would they give me one when I called them. I hope you all get your dolls. This is really unfair to those who are still waiting with no answer.

Maleficent has been popping on and off between yesterday & today... Those that pre ordered the pink Aurora did you guys notice something similar like this happened? Just wondering

I've been trying every so often, just to see what would happen. Though it says it can be added to the cart (and once actually DID get added to the cart), the site always bounces back as "sold out." I think it's just the site being screwy.

UPDATE: As of 9:13pm eastern time, she's back to being listed as SOLD OUT. So, yeah, site's just messing with us, lol.

i was able to place an order for a friend this morning got an email that the order was placed, but of course i cant be certain that the order will be processed, there is still a chance that it may be cancelled. Oh well, im anxious and kinda nervous that my initial orders will not go thru.
