Sadly they can only take complaints. If you offer then an idea or suggestion they cannot pass it on to anyone. The story goes a few years ago, someone at Epcot guest relations mentioned that Soarin' Over California would make a good addition to Epcot and then sued Disney for stealing his idea when Soarin' actually did open at Epcot a few years later. Since then they will not take an idea or suggestion and even try to avoid writing down a complaint if they can. They do still take compliments though and as any manager of any business can tell you, those help as much as complaints. So if you can, stop by and compliment them on moving pin trading to a place with seats and shade. Also, be sure to leave a compliment for any cast members that really helped you out. If you see a cast member kick out someone that's cutting in line, go to City Hall and leave a compliment for the guy. A lot of CMs are kind of scared to enforced the rules because they know that an angry guest will go leave an embellished complaint about them, so help them out by going and leaving a compliment!

I'm a WDW local and I wish WDW had the fun pin things that you do. You guys are so lucky to have come out and trade and a special area to trade with CM pin games. All we have are the pin tables at Epcot, and I only see sharks there.

I heard that the barrels should be back before summer ends. But its a rumor. :/ I miss them so much lol.
