You haven't missed the deadline for phase 1 - the deadline is to MAIL your pin by February 28th.
 
Hello, I have 3 pins for phase 2. I shipped them out to Goofy Moe already since I will be taking some time off of pin trading to job hunt. I take the bus so its kinda hard for me to get to the post office.

Okay I have received my list of members to send consolation prizes to and I am looking through your wants to see what pins I might have to send. I will try to mail in the next couple of days the ones I have addresses for already.

All of my packages have been mailed and received by their recipients.
