Lion King is the most successful Disney movie after Frozen, though. I'll be shocked if Lion King doesn't have one for its 20th.

Ill be surprised if we don't get a 20th anniversary pin but it could be a posibility. Even though wdw and dlr didint do a 5th anniversary up pin either and they did for lk

I was always curious when people said this because technically Toy Story 3 is because it is still Disney because they own Pixar, I guess they are referring to the 2nd most successful Walt Disney Animation Studios movies.

Either way A Lion King 20th anniversary pin at GSF would be great but would be an absolute riot especially if released over the next two weeks with the Maleficent and the Princess pin releases coming up.

Most likely will be a surprise release. Heres to hoping

Hopefully I'll be able to get all the lion king anniversary pins at a reasonable cost! This could be an expensive year. Glad I'm not a frozen collector though. Wow!

But if everything is adjusted for inflation Snow White is the highest selling Disney animated movie of all time, followed by 101 Dalmations THEN Lion King.

If not just animated movie then Star Wars is the highest then Snow White.

Alsssooooooo

I think the Princess suprise pin will be princess related. Most likely not Frozen related because it doesn't fit the theme at all. But somthing. The Lion Knig surprise pin will probably be on the last June release since there is only 3 pins being released that day.

I would be shocked if Lion King didn't get a 20th Anniversary pin from GSF. 20th is kind of a big deal. 5th Anniversary is not.

And there will be just as much trouble getting it as any other surprise release. Nobody cry over it, please.

I do agree with Carissa though - if one is released, it will most likely be in June, as that's when the movie originally premiered.

Well, DSF got their Up anniversary pins today. :)

Which mean that if they *don't* have one for Lion King the world will have officially lost all sense of meaning. ;)
