The picture must be uploaded to the internet first then click on the picture to get the menu as if you were gonna copy and paste (It's different for different systems) and click copy image URL click the little picture on the forum posting menu and paste the image URL into the bar click ok and the picture should appear.
 
I should have two for trade, but prefer to wait until I have them in hand. I will only be interested in trading for pins on my wants list though.
