I'm not 100% sure but I think it's a card you can by right by DSF that gets you discounts on the ice cream? IDK...just guessing from the many things I've heard about this card haha xD

On the topic of the PTD, I do like it being a Stitch collector, but I'm in no rush to get it like the last one which I thought was adorable. I feel like this art has been used quite a bit so I'm not in a rush to get this ^_^

The elephant card is a card that you get right in front of the Dolby Theater. It's right where all the brochures are for the sightseeing things in Hollywood and So Cal. It is totally free and has discounts for many stores right on Hollywood and Highland.

I'm excited to see the next one too! We've had some GREAT princess/girls PTDs...Rapunzel, Esmeralda and Belle. ARIEL'S GOTTA BE COMING!! @_@ Ariel or Megara or Vanellope (though in honesty I think WIR is still too new for a PTD quite yet sadly...) is what I'd love to see!
