DSF PTD Thoughts
Disney and lawsuits =
Any company would think about lawsuits. I'm sure Disney does, but not as much as people here seem to think.
If the alley next to DSF doesn't belong to DSF, then Disney has no responsibility for it. Same as the sidewalk, so what if someone falls on it in front of DSF (pretty sure that belongs to the city) and you can be sure that Disney doesn't give in quickly to lawsuits, otherwise it would be an invitation to get sued more.
Because they not only acknowledge the "line" in the alley, they provide security AND allow them access to the DSF in the middle of the night to use the bathrooms they are in fact responsible for any and all injuries or other lawsuits that can and most likely will come about. Considering the shark pool out there someone will slip and fall, be emotionally damaged by a homeless person or sexually assaulted by a security guard on a trip to the restroom. This seems like the most basic principal PROTECT YOUR SELF, yet they are opening up to the types of lawsuits that juries LOVE. Oh Disney let a family sleep in the filthy alley for three nights because they want to buy pins from their store because they are a greedy corporation, well lets punish big business with this multi-million dollar award + punitive damages (to teach them a lesson and make them not do that again)
Bad bad bad business all around. Really Disney let families sleep in an alley in Hollywood to shop at your store?
