I like them - and I really didn't want to! Ugh!! None of them even fit into my main collection and I'm thinking of buying them....and I have this gnawing fear that the surprise release that day could be a Frozen pin. Am I allowed to think that, let alone type or speak it?? Help - I feel traumatized! I need pin counseling...

I don't think there will be a surprise since they showed 4 pins. That's usually a good sign of no surprise UNLESS it is from.a different series altogether Cx

I wouldn't mind an Anna and Elsa one though...mwahajaha...

or a Hans and Anna!! *evil laughter*
 
I personally don't think Frozen would be a good fit for the surprise since the story isn't really about romantic love but the love between the two sisters (unless they do Anna and Elsa in an envelope!).

Anyone have any predictions on how many people are likely to show up for this one? I was toying with the idea of going but I don't want to show up with 600 other people and possibly not get anything.
 

I was thinking about this too since we drive so far but I am hoping it will be like the Best Friends where 430 showed up. My boyfriend really wants them so were making the drive.
 
I don't actually expect a lot of people to show up. The prices are higher ($18.95 each) and most people seem to want Rapunzel so I would guess that the other 3 wouldn't sell out at 400, maybe closer to 415?
 
I agree! I hope they do have a surprise pin, and I do hope it would be a frozen pin, considering that Frozen pins are always good traders and always look so nice. But, I don't think it will be a Frozen pin, nonetheless any surprise pin I can't wait to get them. I broke down and bought the set on evilly T_T
 
Yeah, I think release doesn't fit Frozen given, as other's have said, Frozen isn't really a Valentine's movie. I'd love Felix/Calhoun because I've been waiting on a pin of them forever and because I want more WiR pins

I'm pretty sure I'm going to the release, I just stopped by the store and the pins are huge! I didn't expect them to be that big! Now I definitely want the Jessica/roger pin!
 
I know I said no trading anymore, but gah I can't afford the prices right now. I'm after simba/nala and rapunzel and Flynn if anyone wants to trade?
 
They just tore up the sidewalk in front of the Budget rent-a-car and the alley entrance (the sidewalk is gone)... It's all blocked off (you can't get to the street from the alley). They say it'll be done by Sat morning, but that's a lot of sidewalk to rebuild in two days... Might make the release even more of a pain if that's not finished by then.

Just offering up a warning.

If you look at the screencap the scene is from, you'll see she has a Voldemort-nose in it as well. She just has a really tiny nose.

I only really care for the Jasmine and Aladdin pin.

In animated form it looks great. But I think that the thicker lines in pin-form lose some of the definition between her nose and upper lip. Kinda similar to the designer Gothel pin and how a lot got lost on her face. It's not bad, it just reminded me of Voldemort. :lol: I feel like DSF is really hit-or-miss with noses...
 
I really like the Aladdin, Tangled, and Lion King pins. The front of the envelopes are so cute with the picture on the front. Not really feeling the Jessica one. The lips look so weird on their own.
