That is a really awesome Aladdin pin! I've been looking/hoping for one of the big head from the desert (not sure what it is, lion head maybe?). Wow, very cool!

To be honest I have no idea if its limited edition. I remember just seeing it on PTN board for November and going "Woah.." And sitting back down. It has all these crazy numbers on the back but it doesn't say l.e or anything like that on the back.

It's OE I most likely, I saw it at DCA in the rack pin area.
