Hi Disney friends, just a warning don't buy from ebay seller...pm me for screen name :nono: We purchased a pin from her (with local location of about an hour away) and never received the pin. She lied about the delay on 3 different occasions. One was she hadn't been on ebay and just saw auction ended. Two was sorry pin hasn't been sent I had a family emergency in Texas. And lie three was I'm on my way to the post office to mail it right now. And finally after 10 days of this and the auction ending she said she misplaced the item and will have to refund. Needless to say a case has been opened up with ebay because she can't be trusted. And she has a couple ptds on there right now! Beware!!! :ugh:

Just be careful here, calling out specific sellers is against DPF rules. You may wish to edit your post to remove the sellers name

uh-oh! was it an auction or buy-it-now? if auction they most likely were not happy with price.

just make sure you leave the necessary feedback. eBay is such a pain sometime

It was a buy-it-now in fact. I've never experienced this before. Yeah ebay can be a pain! Or buying online at all at that Hopefully we will get the money back, leave the feedback and be done with it. In the description of the item she said she really needs the money and she doesn't want to part with her pins...guess she meant it, literally!

you won't have any problems with getting the money back if they have agreed to refund but if you do always open a case and ebay will guide both seller and buyer to resolve the problem

I had a situation where I bought a pin that was a grail of mine, it was a buy it now for $150 or best offer, I offered and was counter-offers $135.i paid and then waited and waited. After two weeks, I opened a case and the seller refunded money with no explanation, I left negative feedback but a week later they listed the pin back up for over $200. Nothing else one can do. I'm still bummed every time I see the pin on eBay My heart cries for this pin.

Which pin?!

Mahril, wow so very shady. I don't know what these people are up to, but they define low lives. Just so grimy. :soapbox:

I'm hoping that's the case, Snow. She said she'll refund but she said a lot of things...and I don't see a refund yet. How many excuses must she have for this one? I don't trust this seller what so ever. Their word means nothing so hopefully eBay will pull through.

I had an incident where I bided on some Mickey Ears and won them for .99. I didn't see the shipping cost and it was high and said it's still worth it, besides someone else will bid it up. To my surprise I won them and quickly paid.

Got a positive response immediately but waited to give mine. Ten days passed and on my 2nd polite email, I opened up a case. Got a story of not having enough money to ship and I was like what? Anyway, got my refund but really wanted the LE Cars ears. If anybody is interested, I can give you the person name if you shop for that sort of thing.

Oh my gosh Maya! Sorry you didn't get your pin that you've wanted. How ironic of them to put a really high shipping fee and then say they couldn't afford to ship it!!! Its comical lol. As long as money is always refunded in these unfortunate cases, that's all that matters.

Tiggermickey i'll message you right now.

Ug... how hard is it to have good business practices??????? Some people just dont get it. You list the item, someone buys the item and pays, you ship the item. You dont charge an arm and a leg for shipping to mark your price up. You dont back out on the sale because it was not as much as you wanted. LIST the item at the minimum price you will accept, how hard is that?!?!?!? These idiot eBay sellers that dont follow good policy just bug me.
