Are you asking because of the flat backside of the snowflake? It looks like the others from the set on eBay all have the same flat background on the snowflake, while the character part has the sorcerer hat pattern. Pinpics also says they should be like that. So if that's your reasoning for asking - I would assume it's ok, unless colors are off or something. But someone more familiar with Frozen would be able to answer that.
This pin is from WDI - pins from there have the sorcerer hat pattern, no Mickey heads. It also looks like PinPics listings mention that the sorcerer hat pattern is only on the character part for this series.
