Enchanted Marquee for 500?! So much for ever being an Enchanted completist.

Just so everyone knows, I'm not the person selling it on EBay. I saw the bid too and saw they were from Ohio. Thank god I don't collect Marquee pins. These prices are just nuts.

On that forum about the Marquees, someone said that the last Enchanted one sold for $250... and now they want double... So ridiculous. I could give them the benefit of the doubt though... Maybe they paid that much for it originally... But I doubt it.... Are there other pins that are priced that high that are of the same rarity?

Patience young one. I have been after an elusive cat since 1999 and only need 6 pins. 2 pins I have never, ever seen and do not know if they really exist. One is available now with a Buy It Now of $425 and it will stay there.Nurse Minnie and Figaro. Literally last year was my year, 3 elusive Figaro's show up and one was the LE 25. Just wait and your time will come. DSF Marquee pins are hot because members talk about it here and it drives the demand up elsewhere.

The person selling this pin is probably dizbubbles on here. They asked what the Enchanteed Marquee was selling for and they are from Ohio so I'm pretty sure it's the same person. They stated they wanted to sell the Wall E Marquee and the Enchanted for the prices they could get on ebay. Take a look at their post under DSF Marquees. If it is the same person beware if they list the Meet the Robinsons marquee. They said their son had one that they were trying to fix the 3D element.

I would never attempt to sell a pin without a full disclosure of any flaws. Ever.
I have 3 young sons. I was making light of their searching for more pins. That said, any pin that isn't in great shape would never be offered for sale.

I haven't collected in a few years, but still have many collections that are being stored in my home. I'm trying to go through some of them to sell. I was surprised at the high costs the marquees were fetching as all the ones that I own I either bought at cost, a little bit higher, or even on sale. When I was last actively trading the Wall-E marquee was worth around $50ish. And I couldn't trade the other ones away.

Anyway, after I posted about the pins I received many generous offers through private messaging. At this time, however, I am keeping some of my collections together. I mentioned the offers to my family and everyone was surprised at the prices they were bringing. I mentioned that the UP pin had gone for $500. My sister-in-law then wanted me to list her Enchanted marquee and so I have. I have no idea what's it worth. I have no idea if it will sell at all.

If anyone has any further questions about this listing, my intentions, or my integrity... please message me.

Awww, thats a bummer if its a member here. :'( What's up with all these new members joining dpf lately to try to scalp their pins at super high over the top prices???? that's been quite the trend lately:(. I feel like the few people who buy these at ridiculous prices are fueling their fire for sure. Just don't bite and they'll come down. meh...this hobby is supposed to be light hearted and fun, not something you need to take a loan out to enjoy. :P. @&$!#}^

I wholeheartedly agree, if we all hold out, the price will come down. The problem is those few traders who seem to have endless supplies of money and pay those kind of prices. We need to tie them to a chair until they learn that patience is a virtue and money is the root of all evil.

Just a note but when I don't know what a pin is worth, I don't put a buy it now of $500, I start the bidding at .99 and let it go where the bidders take it. ;)

The Tangled marquee is now...

1 MILLION DOLLARS...

I bought it for a million and relisted it for 100 billion.
 Ok so heres the plan Im going to quit my job and buy all the LE pins and re-sell them on ebay for 100x the original price and you will quit your job and buy all the lanyards, fabric, and ribbon in the world and sell your cute lanyards for 100x more then their original price... its genius!

I have an underground sweatshop and make my lanyards for 2 cents each, so I'm already waaay ahead of you.

The late Mr. Abdul Jamahkakapoopoo from the province of Wombalia transfered a sum of 1,500,00,004 into my bank account to be used for a charitable cause. I chose Disney pins as my charity.

Oh my gosh! I got 1,5000,00,004 wombolia from him too. I used it to buy up all the el cap marquee pins 14 months ago and then I threw them in the ocean. That's why no one can ever find any of them anymore. you can all thank me for their current value:). Your welcome!
