That is so sweet of you, thank you so much! Out of curiosity which photoshop programs do you have? I want to get it, but I have to prioritize and by prioritize I mean dolls :roll:, lol. Can it be done with the simple photoshop program? I heard there are various which makes the process of getting the program even more confusing
I have no idea which one to buy or how to do it

Which one would you recommend that would allow me to create the signature that is not too expensive because I personally don't need the program, I just want it for the signatures
 
Only a week away and we should be hearing something soon for the Buzz....at least I would think they would post something a little ways before...if not I'm okay with that too ^^

This one seems quite good http://www.gimp.org/ it's free as well !

I only use photoshop so not too sure about other programs! You could probably use paint as well!
 
I've used The Gimp for years, it's an awesome editor and more than powerful enough for forum signatures. That's what I initially used it for as well.
 
Thanks for the help jennisney! I can't download those, the computer is rejecting it . I know there are less advanced versions of photoshop programs, I dont know if with those you can create the signatures, but if I can those are more doable. I think there are some that go for $60-$100, I just don't need the $300++ version of it. Thanks though.
 
If you are looking to buy you could get Photoshop elements, they are usually pretty cheap and I think they do the Signature making tools ^_^

[/h][h=5]I would like everyone to know that the Limited Edition Frozen Dolls have been pushed back to November 20th! isnt that great!? Now we can have some time to save up for the two dolls! so to anyone who thought it was November 4th know that the date has been pushed back to November 20th reason is unknown to me but I was told this by a very trustworthy cast member[/h]



This is good news for me, if it is true.
 
Hmmm, on FB some people are saying their cast members told them that the date has been pushed back for the doll release to November 20th.....which is a Wednesday...seems a little odd of a day to release. I shall go question my CM's tomorrow! See if they have any new info ^^
 

I heard about that too but my question is was this asked in the UK or the US? I agree with MountedArcherPrincess in that the 20th is a funny date as it is a Wednesday.

The main reason I ask if it is UK or US is because I have a feeling that the facebook page people are getting confused with the information provided as no one specifies if they are in the UK or the US. Dont forget the UK does not do preorders so unless the US has decided against doing preorders of the LE dolls then I guess I can understand it getting postponed until later in November closer to the release date of the movie. What this means though is that it will be the actual doll release and there will no longer be any preorders.

However the Nov 4 date is what is suspected in the US because it is the preorder date and what I thought was that Nov 20 would be the actual release date for the dolls which is why some people have said that they were told their release date was Nov 20 it is either because they are in the UK (as the UK does not do preorders) or because their cast member got confused with the release date and the preorder date.

Either way I am hoping we got some sort of confirmation this week and will be up and online on Nov 4 checking the site as I dont want to miss my chance at getting these dolls. If Elsa looks that amazing can you imagine what Anna will look like? Hence why I hope that they dont keep pushing the release date back, id rather it soon than later so that I can have my dolls already. LOL
 

If your computer is rejecting The Gimp, you probably don't want to spend money on a pay photo editor then since I can't imagine why it wouldn't take that but not GIMP. There should be no reason for it to be rejected unless your browsers security settings are on overkill. Like
PrincessxJasmine89 points out, there's free ones online. If all you want to do is layer some photos on top of another photo and add text, PS is an outrageous waste of cash better spent elsewhere. It's like a bazooka to kill a fly.

I'd love some confirmation on the dates more than anything. The 20th is a whole new paycheck that frees up what I currently have.

I will check with my CM's tomorrow, they should be in the know by now. If not, I will check back with them Friday and see. If they still don't know anything then that most likely means that the dolls got switched from being a pre-order to just a release. My store always gets all the dolls in so I'm confident that my CM's will know something soon. Plus, I think Disney will make an announcement soon....

If it's Nov 4th, I think we'll know by the end of the week. But I'm seeing a lot of Nov 20 being thrown around now.

That is a good point, a new thread about signatures would be good as I would like to learn how to make one myself too, tried searching but there is nothing on the forum at all about it. So it would be handy to have one available to use as a reference.

Well the LE releases have been rather sporadic, last year Merida was released on June 22 which is a Friday. Most other dolls have generally either been on Monday or Tuesday with the designers being the only ones released on a Wednesday so that people that miss out in stores on the Tuesday release would get a chance to buy them online.

I just think it would be safe to check it on Nov 4, like I said Nov 20 may just be the release date for the doll and that is why CMs are telling people that date. If they were to release it on Nov 20 then it definitely would not be for a preorder anymore and for the actual dolls themselves. Again I wouldn't rely on Facebook because you don't know where the information is coming from. Also sometimes CMs get confused and misinformed. I have experienced this first hand when I went to the D23 expo. It's really frustrating but then again most people were volunteers so you cant really blame them for not knowing what was going on.

But id rather be safe than sorry so i will be checking the Disney store site this Monday and Nov 20 as well. I will also be checking sites like the Disney Store blog to keep myself up to date on any potential news.

Similar to the Snow White 75th anniversary and the Art of Ariel jumbo pin Dosney is releasing a limited edition Frozen jumbo pin. It is just a larger than normal pin that comes in its own case. No details yet on release date but I think there may be a picture of it floating around somewhere on the forum.

My sincerest apologies, I did not mean to divert the subject or to prolong it. I just needed some help to try and figure it out. Thanks to those who responded with suggestions, I appreciate it.

I hope so too! I'm getting anxious with the dates changing! It's hard to plan around something that keeps changing.

There is no need to apologize. It would be a great resource thread or something. I think I'm just nervous that I'll miss an important date announcement about Frozen because I just skim the unrelated posts. Best Wishes!
