Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
Frozen girls limited costumes are up!

this is bad customer service

Disney is trying to build up a track record of bad customer service. They're doing a fine job on my accounts so far, let's see:

- DFDC sets on a shelf at D23
- Sorcerer holders getting some everyday
- DFDC sets going online and having to cancel almost everyone's order
- Art of Ariel being LE250 for CA only, LE50 for UK, nothing for anybody else
- UK Tangled pin being a mess for people in UK

and that came to me in 30 seconds, the same amount of time it took the Frozen pin to sell, I'm sure I could think of more <_<

Goodness.....and this is why I do not collect pins! Way too hard to collect, sorry to everyone else who was really looking forward to this pin tho. I know it has to be disappointing.

I get my fair share of berating at work - especially with the past Halloween Party pins and how we sold out of everything a couple of weeks before Halloween.
But most of the time the person you're talking to at customer service, or me at the register, has absolutely no say in how things work with releases and limited items. I know the feedback will be filed and sent somewhere and could eventually lead to a change in the system and I would be extremely grateful for it. But as my friend learned the other day - event merchandise and limited edition items are planned so far in advance it's hard to determine how and when they're going to sell. For example the 2014 Halloween Party merchandise is pretty much designed, ordered and done so this time next year there wont be much to do about it.

But yes, all in all some extremely frustrating experiences as of late.

With all the euphoria going on with this DS pin, I need some advice! I want to get the DSF Frozen pins, but I'm only hunting the Marquee and the Jumbo one, but I live in Mexico. So of course I will need to seek help from Ebay, unless I find a middleman here, but most likely won't happen lol. Should I try getting a "Pre-order" set at Ebay for $250 or should I wait to see how much the pins do once they are already released?

It's a tough one. If you can find a trustworthy seller than go for it, but I may just wait until the sellers either have it in hand or the hype for the pins die down after the holidays.

Dang it! I had no clue that was going up tonight. I completely forgot to check. Did it really go that fast?! Seriously?

This is really upsetting to think they went before the actual link was even there. Though then, I'm looking an hour and a half after the fact.

Yes it went so fast, I had early link access and got in at 12am and by that point it had already sold out. So it literally sold out in seconds.

Sounds like it actually sold out before it was even listed, which is BEYOND MESSED UP.

My only consolation was that I didn't really like how the girls faces looked in the images. Liked the concept a lot though and it was cheaper than I thought it would be.

That LE double set is ridiculous and a huge ripoff! For starters the only really difference between these and the regular releases is the fact that Elsas had an extra amount of rhinestones and embroidery barfed on her...among other little details that really don't justify the huge increase in the price tag. It's offensive to me as a loyal Disney consumer,I almost feel like i'm being cheated. Why would I want the LE 2,500 set when there's a much better blinged out version out there?Oh yeah, cause I cant afford the other set unless I sellmy organs on the black market.Yeah...no thanks.I think I'll pass, this whole ordeal with the recent LE's have bummed me out,so honestly I've just decided to make my own,and at a fraction of the cost I can get something truly one of a kind. There are so many amazing doll artists and customizers out there,I'll take my chances elsewhere.

LINK removed, forget it was forbidden , thanks mermaid's grotto

wow the ebay set had been sold. That resellers will have an happy christmas . LOL
