Hi all, I've got a bunch of brand new unopened Frozen chocolate egg boxes for sale (Zaini, made in Italy). Each box contains 3 chocolate eggs with a surprise 3D toy inside. There are 11 figures to collect: Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Hans, Kristoff, Sven, Marshmallow, Trolls & Oaken. (Elsa & Anna have 2 costumes)

My son has opened (and eaten) 6 of the milk chocolate eggs so we now have 2 Olafs, a troll and 3 Elsas.

Anybody interested?

Here's a picture of Elsa (from eBay). She's 1.5" tall. (about the size of half an index finger)

They're pretty much the same as kinder eggs, which aren't for sale in the US (choking concern on the toy and all...) But people are getting them off eBay and getting their friends to bring them over so I guess they're still allowed into the country? These Zaini made eggs are good quality Italian milk chocolate compared with the very sweet compound chocolate used in Kinder Surprise eggs.

If you are caught trying to take some across the border, you will get a major fine and major jail time. Just for some chocolate and a toy inside.

I live in a country where Kinder is allowed, and no Zaini egg can compare to the real deal, in my opinion, haha!
That, and every other Kinder-item (apart from the Kinder Bueno, I don't like those, haha!)

And like mentioned above, I have read stories from people trying to take them into the country (some didn't know about the rule eather) and you can get fined.
If customs catches your package, it might not get recieved by the buyer.

I think so.
But then again, with eBay, I think many non-US people also buy them, and then there shouldn't be a problem.
 
I don't think the toy is banned. There are so many toys with small parts out there, not just Kinder Surprise toys. At least from what I've read online, it's just the whole eggs themselves (unbroken, with the toy still inside) that's "illegal".

Ok so these Frozen chocolate eggs with the surprise toy inside is NOT illegal in the US because the 3D toy surprise inside does not contain small un-assembled parts. The toy inside is a standalone 3D figurine (see pic of Elsa above). These Frozen chocolate eggs are exactly like the Disney Princess surprise chocolate eggs, which are for sale within the US.

The real Kinder Surprise eggs contain small parts which is the choking hazard that the FDA is concerned about and so that is why they are not allowed in the US.

Oh ok, well I havent seen them anywhere around here. Unless, I do see them (princess ones) and just dont realize there are surprises inside. Ill pay attention when Im out at Walmart or somewhere next time.

I am having a Frozen themed birthday party and was wondering if you still had the eggs for sale. I would need to buy a bigger quantity somewhere between 30 to 40 eggs. do you have that many available and would you be willing to give a little discount with the amount I want to purchase?
