Can anyone pick me up a Hood Ornament Set (the 4 gold pin set), a Jessica pin, and a Dumbo pin? Also, at the previous Gear Up For Adventure release they also released that evenings PTN pin. Can anyone pick either 1 or 2 of that pin up for me as well? I have tons of pins for trade and can easily supply my PinPics username, or I would be willing to PayPal over money to purchase any of the pins as well.

Looking to buy a hood ornament box set that is the only one i am interested in can pay pal you the money foor box set and shipping please let me know if some one can help

I had a quick question about this.
So the people that got rejected is there any chance of them getting pins? I mean to say the least all I collect is Oswald pins. So obviously Oswald the is the only pin that I want.

This is my first post to this board and I apologize in advance for being so clueless.

My husband loves Oswald, my son loves Stitch, and I am the person in the group wondering why we are stopping on the way to get fastpasses when it's ninety degrees while they are trading pins with CMs.

My husband came across this event while searching for Oswald pins and I registered to humor him. Since the only thing I've ever won is a charcoal grill shaped like a football helmet with "Budweiser" written on it, my expectations for being selected were quite low.

I was shocked to find I was fortunate to be selected for the first wave of 100 to be able to buy these pins (which I didn't even know until tonight, when I decided to check my junk mail before deleting it), but I'm wondering what to expect. Are there any pointers you guys could share? Is it pretty difficult to find these pins after the release to people who have wristbands?

I'm so lost. Please, forgive my ignorance.

Is it pretty difficult to find these pins after the release to people who have wristbands?

Sometimes a pin sells out quickly, but most of the time the majority of the pins are available after all those with wristbands have gone through. The first part of the Gear Up for adventure I think had everything available after the wristband group was finished...You can still find a couple of the pins available in the parks.

It looks like the Oswald, Jessica, Dumbo and Tink pins will be the most popular out of this release, so I would expect them to sell out first. That LE 100 Stitch should be very popular, but I don't know if that is enough to have that set sell out before 1pm to wristband holders - $110 is quite a bit.

Thank you for your response, I truly appreciate it. The "LE 100 Stitch".....again, please, please forgive my stupidity, but is this a Stitch pin that is going to be released on the 17th?

I've received PMs about this events and the needs people have for certain pins. I will absolutely respond ASAP. I'm not an Ebayer or looking to profit from this and if I can spread the magic after being chosen to attend this event, it would make me incredibly happy.

Yes, on the 17th, there is a set being sold - Pin 91650: DLR - Gear Up For Adventure - Car Show Easel Set [pinpics]91650[/pinpics] that is a limited edition 100, you are in the first wave of 100 that means you are guaranteed the opportunity to buy this set. It includes 6 pins for $110. One of the pins is a stitch in his red space cruiser [pinpics]91651[/pinpics]

You know, I must have looked at this collection 50 times and never realized Stitch was flying by in his rocket. Thanks so much for the heads up!

Now that is cool !

Where does this event take place? Stage 17? I'll probably take my luck on the second chance line.

edit: Downtown Disney Pin Traders, if anyone else was wondering.
