We have one day left on our trip here and so it's time to buy some pins! Where is the best place to get them here? Is there a pin trader in frontier land like at dlr? Or something like the little green men store? I'd appreciate any advice on where to go... I haven't been looking too hard, but I haven't seen any big pin displays to speak of yet, like the cases where they keep the LE pins. Thanks so much!!!

In Mouse Gear (Epcot) there is an area with pins as well, I found a few of the mystery packs (hats) that they did not have anywhere else there. Have fun!! If you want my advice I would go early (less people) and go to Downtown Disney, and go to the Pin Trading store. :D Best place for pins if you ask me :D

That is true Lana....Mouse Gears does have a great selection of rack pins (althogh for the rack pins there is no comparison to DTD) :) Pin Traders usually has a good selection of the current LE's though.

The gift shops at Test Track and Mission Space (in EPCOT) have a decent selection of pins, too. Most people don't look at Mission Space, so if you are looking for some past pins that you feel you may have missed out on you should check there. (For instance, they had EPCOT 30th anniversary pins well past October and November.)

And as a former insider, I would stay away from Main Street's Emporium. It's big and usually crowded in the pin area. Best bet is Frontierland's Trading Post- that's where I always went.

Good Luck!

Another decent pin buying location for Magic Kingdom is the gift shop at Contemporary. You can hop on the monorail from MK to the Resorts and Contemporary is the first one - the gift shop is not far from where you exit the monorail. Then hop back on and either back to MK or to Ticket & Transportation (either to parking or to ride over to Epcot)
