Guess who just called me...disney about my complaint

At least you got a reply and an apology, I know it doesn't mean much, but in all honesty I'm not shocked that there is nothing they can do When it comes to a meal, they could give you a free meal because that place that give you the problem still serves the same meals. However, with this pin, there are no more Lonesome Ghost PODMs (that was the pin that the problem occurred with, right?) so they can't magically get a Lonesome Ghost PODM to give to you know for reimbursement.

I'm sorry for all your trouble but take a couple breaths and now you don't have to worry about that happening with the BatB release (which will no doubt be much more popular) since if they give you the same problem with the BatB release, you can print out the e-mail they sent you and show it to the cast members. Remember, although Disney apologized, the CM's don't know about the e-mail. So nicely show them the e-mail if they give you any problems along with your original e-mail and they should be fine with it.
 
i had problems too at least you did get a phone call i got a stupid e mail affter i e mailed my complaint and i went the next day and talked to amanager too and still some stupid reasurance email thats bs they were really rude to a bunch of people for the podm release and it too was a merchandise customer service problem
 
I'm sorry you had such a difficult time. To be fair though, if Disney gave free stuff to everyone who complained, they'd go broke. There are so many people who make up stuff to try and get freebies.
 
Sorry you had to go through this. Hopefully you wrote down the name of the person who contacted you? If they give you stink for the BATB release, you can drop that name. .

Don't fret, I would print out both e-mails (the one you sent and the one they sent you back) and probably call/e-mail back Disney and see if you could find out who sent that too you. If they give you the same problem, you can cause a problem by bringing out both e-mails and name dropping too. I can't see them still being rude and holding up everyone else just so they can figure out a way to say no to you.
