For those who are die-hard Haunted Mansion Holiday fans or those who love the chase of mystery boxes, online registration has begun for wristbands. This set will feature the gingerbread centerpieces from the ballroom of the Mansion from present to past during the Nightmare Before Christmas makeover of the Haunted Mansion.

Sign-up period: September 19-October 2
Notification by email: October 3 (or there abouts!)
Pin release date: Saturday, October 8th

I swear! I can't catch a break! I will be in WDW on the 8th! Wish the pins were being released there!

We wondered that too. If it's a Limited Release, why a wristband and then limit only 400 people to buy up to 5 boxes each.

I don't get this set? I can see it's different in a few ways but there are no main characters in this set? What am I missing? I can't wait until DSF Halloween Event.

There are kind of main characters in the set; at least two pins have Jack on them and one has Oogie Boogie. Not sure about the chaser but that might also have a main character on it. These are all taken from scenes in the Holiday Haunted Mansion.

I'm guessing it's because you never really know how many they make with a limited release pin and with a limited edition pin they have a set amount.
 
A meet and swap sounds good! We will be hanging around Little Green Men after purchasing, as everyone else does to complete their set. Perhaps see you there!
 
I can't believe the price tag on these things. $24.95 Per Box for 2 limited release pins! geeze that is steep. The Alice mystery cards from the unevent were LE 200 and only $15.95 for 2 per box.

If you don't get a wristband I am pretty sure that they will have extras availabole for sale after the wristband line.

Yea! I got my email for the wristband. I am not sure where every one will meet up at the LGM, since the trading tables are gone. May be the planters by the popcorn stand and the DVC kiosk?
 
It was a no-go for me on the wristband, so hopefully husband got his. we will be hanging out to try and buy at 1pm or trade for those who have extras and want something else in return! BTW: btowndude, the tables are back at LGM as per yesterday, 10-2-11. I'd imagine traders will there!
