So I have 3 options to choose from, but I can't decide which one...

I would do one of the ones with Randall. There were only 3 PODM that had a villain in the cell (Sword in the Stone, The Lion King and Monsters Inc) so I think the cells with Randall would be neat in a PODM collection
 
I ended up going with #2! I loved that scene in the movie, and it does still have Randall in it. I wish I could afford on of the Scar scenes to upgrade my lion king, but I haven't been able to bring myself to spend 100 plus on one yet
