So i came across an absolute bargain on the Bay the other day and it has finally arrived, i went to add it to my PinPics account and its not listed on the Database. Has any one seen this set before, and could shed anylight on it.

Overall image - Frame measures 44cm x 37cm

Contains [pinpics]45944[/pinpics]

Is this likely to be a set that Disney has made, or something that someone has had made / made themselves?

At the Art of Disney stores in WDW, they sell "sketches" of various Disney characters. I think they run about $25 for a single character unframed. But they also sell some that are framed with a pin. I could be very wrong, but I think those go for around $90. Maybe, there is a WDW local who is more up to date with the prices. At the Epcot store, these are right inside, on the right. At DD, they had them near the opening to the T-shirt / scrapbook / book store. Hit it at the right time, and there will be an artist there working on them.

I have a few of these pictures some have pins some don't all kinds of characters prices start at around $90 with a pin and up depending on how many characters are drawn, they will even take requests.

Not sure but I think this was something someone had made. To my knowledge that pin was not available in a framed set.

Wouldn't there also be some sort of certificate of authenticity on the back if it was from Disney?

thats my main question answered (whether it was home made or disney) as the acrylic on the front is scuffed and scratched so didnt really want to consider breaking the seal on the back if it was a complete disney frame, but now that a few people have suggested that is it two items matched together ill probably open the back and replace it.

**Fatdaddy** are yours framed in the same way as this. ie with the pin in the corner and brown paper and sticker on the back?

Here is what I have I buy a new picture everytime I go to Disney not always with a pin if you go to the art of disney store downtown they have a wall full of pictures or there is an artist there and you can make requests and they will put things together for you.

I remember seeing one of those like that with a Tiana OE rack pin used along with a Tiana sketch.
