Hi!
I’m actually usually pretty good with identifying real vs. fakes and if I’m at all suspicious about a pin I just don’t trade it or give a disclosure and only trade it in person while pointing out why I am concerned and trade it super low value.

However, with some of the quality control issues Disney has as well as having seen some less than optimal back stamps on pins I purchased directly from Disney, I’m starting to question my ability and think I might be overly suspicious and condemning authentic pins with the fakes.

I wouldn’t normally ask about a pin like this and fair warning, I have thought this pin to be fake for years (got it in a trade at an event, didn’t look it over at all - lesson learned!). But I hoped you wouldn’t mind helping me confirm on this one just to be sure. If this is good and y’all don’t mind. I might post a few more that I’ve been hanging on to because I’m just not sure!

This one is a DSF (early DSSH) of Mickey on the beach. My main concern is the backstamp.
