I hit submit, then it took me back to credit card...so I submit again and then it went.....it's probably a lot of people all at once
 
Seems like the bag is the only glitch right now. Hopefully soon we can purchase the doll... Hoping they fix their act before the next doll releases

Soooo is it the outsourcer screwing up our releases every time??
 
My order went through after several attempts at checking out and getting kicked back. I had about $50 worth of other merch that got kicked out of my cart 30 minutes ago and certainly didn't bother trying to add them. I've bought every LE doll they've released since the Cinderella Couple and Sleeping Beauty last year and I have never had this happen.
 
Congrats to everyone able to check out! Not looking forward to the next five weeks at all. Tonight was painful. Good night all.
 
The new arrivals page is updated now. I wouldn't be surprised if Disney did this on purpose to prevent people from getting the link before the site updates. Guess we'll know for sure next time, if this keeps happening.

Yep! I've seen the facebook page - lots of angry people (which I would be too...searching for the doll, and then she is sold out before she was ever even up) - I'm guessing it will be this way going forward. Any slowness or glitches once they are live on the site is probably due to server overload.
