Welcome to the forum. If you want to host an auction, I believe you must be a member for 10 days and have made 30 posts. At least I think that's the rule. There are some guides in the auction thread that will give you a lot of good information. I don't know if there are any requirements if you want to bid on an auction. Somebody jump in here that knows more about this.
