Hey all,

Very strange. Ordered about a dozen pins through the mobile app and when they arrived, about half were simply not there. There was one that they notified me had been canceled because it was no longer available, but the rest were just...missing.

Anybody ever have something like that happen before?

I let them know, but I hope they take care of it without too much hassle.
 
I ordered a bunch of Christmas gifts from the Disney Store, and one of them was missing despite being listed on the packing slip. I called, and they sent a replacement right away.
 
Hmm, I think I accidentally tossed the packing slip, oops. Maybe they did ship separately now that you mention it. I just took a look and there are two shipment e-mails for this order, but the one that says this group of pins shipped has no tracking number (the previous one does). Wait and see I guess...
 
In my experience, they don't ship things together if you order on the app. I've only had one order where everything was shipped together. I've also had it where I didn't have tracking information for one of my packages but it came within the week. I'd keep an eye out for it. If you don't get the package within two weeks, I'd contact Disney.
 
Yes! I have also had pins come in separate packages even though they were all ordered at the same time.
I also had a pin get cancelled. But when I went to the parks it was in stock. So I am not sure why they couldn't mail it, maybe it was out of stock when I happened to order.
