It has been a while since my last auction, and since we just got done with a very successful pin event here in Frederick, MD, it is time for another Broncobilly83 auction. For auction today, is a pin I have been getting almost daily trade requests for, so this is definately a hot to trot pin. You are bidding on

Pin 83326: DLR - Sci-Fi Academy - Kingdom Hearts - Mickey, Goofy, and Donald
pin83326

Some stats about it from PinPics:

Some info from it's PinPics' Listing:
This limited edition pin features Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Donald Duck as they appear in the Kingdom Hearts video game. The pin includes a pin-on-pin element and measures 1.5" wide by 1.5" tall. Maria Clapsis created the original artwork for this pin.

RSP Item #26

Search terms and additional information for this pin:

King Mickey is wielding the Kingdom Key D, his keyblade from the Realm of Darkness and counterpart to Sora's Kingdom Key keyblade. Donald is holding the Dream Rod, which was awarded to him by Merlin for his magical prowess; the Dream Rod can also be used by Sora and Roxas during the Dive to the Heart in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, respectively. Goofy has the Knight's Shield equipped, which is his default weapon and the standard-issue shield for the knights of Disney Castle, at which he is the Captain of the Guard. However, the shield is missing its gold trim, which may qualify this pin as having a color error. All three are standing in front of the Door to Darkness, seen in the endless abyss of the End of the World after Sora's climactic battle with Ansem, Seeker of Darkness in the first game. Beyond the Door is the titular Kingdom Hearts, as well as the aforementioned Realm of Darkness.

The pin is on it's original card and in it's original plastic!

Rules of the Auction:
1) All Bids must be placed by Friday 02/28/14, 9:00 PM PST Time. A winner will be posted early on 03/01 (not too early though, LOL). If the boards are down for any form of extended period of time, the auction will be extended accordingly.
2) All Bids MUST be posted in this thread, please no PM bids.
3) If I have any questions about a bid, I will PM the poster (i.e. does it come on it's card, etc)
4) You may change your bid at any time before the deadline
5) I will try to do a leader board at least once a day!

Items I am Looking for/Not Looking for:
1) I realize I have a "Limited" want list going after Scrooge McDucks, so I am open to non want list offers! Feel free to show me something I might be missing by not collecting! Or it might make a great trader in the future!
2) I do not collect Hidden Mickeys!
3) Scrooges, Disney Themed Star Wars, Characters as other Characters, and Sorcerer Mickeys are our primary collections
4) Even if I have a pin as one of my collection items, feel free to consider offering it. It might work as a trader for one of our other wants!
5) I am thinking of starting new sub collections, like Marquees, Beloved Tales, Jessicas as pins, POMHs, etc, so I am open to ideas!
6) This is a chance to win a highly sought after pin!!

To help those see what I am looking for:
PinPics ID: Broncobilly83's wants

Feel free to post/PM any QUESTIONS you might have and I will respond ASAP. Good Luck to everyone and have fun!

Alas! All I have are these two!! TT~TT but I'll give it a shot!

Pin 1135: Uncle Scrooge McDuck

With a few more bids, it is time for the first leader board. Remember, we have a little more than 4 days to go!

As of 1 PM EST on Monday the 24th, the board is:

1) Katjdd
2) Starry_Solo
3) Dieharddonald2

Just to confirm, you are sure it is authentic. A huge fake seller on eBay recently had these and sold for $20. Just want to make certain.

I'll start with and option:

Pin 99480: DSSH – Beloved Tales– Chicken Little

or

Pin 97721: WDI 60th Anniversary Snowglobe Series - Aulani

If you like, I will take a picture of both that I have ON CARD and in it's bag later today when I get home and will post a new board as well. I have had one as a trader since they first came out, and got a second one as a trader at the Frederick MD Trade Event we did last weekend.

OK, this is a tough one, as there are some decent bids listed, but as of Thursday at 5 PM EST, the leader board is

1) Katjdd
1) DopeyDoc3
1) Markheardjr with the Pin 97721: WDI 60th Anniversary Snowglobe Series - Aulani
2) Starry_Solo
3) Dieharddonald2

Each #1 offers something unique, and hard to decide right now. THere is a little more than a day left to bid!

And as promised, here is a picture of my 2 (only one is for auction) pins that are my traders (I own a third for my collection). The one on the right I have had since the Sci-Fi show, and the one on the left I just traded for last weekend in person at our event. That is the one up for auction:

(asking as a DPF auction "newbie….." is it standard practice to place an increased bid now? or is proper etiquette to wait until the last 30 seconds of an auction like elsewhere online? :poke: LOL)

OK, Bill. As I'm hoping to "zap" a KH's-crazy friend, I will add one of the following (from your wants) to the Sorcerer Stitch. Your choice, of course:

Pin 25021: WDW Cast Member Exclusive Hat Box - Sorcerer Mickey (no box - may take some time to find but I am confident!)
Pin 77557: Vinylmation Mystery Pin Collection - Star Wars - Yoda Only (sadly, guaranteed authentic. if you are looking for a scrapper then I am afraid I will have to trade for one! )
Pin 89815: WDI - Sorcerer Mickey with Arm Outstretched (no card, may take longest to find but may find right away! also confident!)

There are two schools of thought on that, just like E-Bay auctions, you can either lay your max bid out early and let others try and beat it, or you can wait until the last minute and not give people time to react to a high bid. Since I am usually asleep by 9-10 PM EST, I usually do my max bid before deadlines.

With that, we are down to the last 8 or so hours before the deadline, so time for a new leader board:

1) Combatdre
2) DopeyDoc3 with the Pin 54912: WDI - Stitch as the Sorcerer's Apprentice and unsure which second pin
3) Katjdd
3) Markheardjr with the Pin 97721: WDI 60th Anniversary Snowglobe Series - Aulani

[FONT=Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif]I reckon I'm kind of vested now but really at my limit. So, here is my final attempt to creep atop the leaderboard - complete with some additions and options (hopefully not too crazy or confusing!), all from your wants list! …..
