I have been out of the loop with pins due to medical issues.
I have a niece who is willing to go for me and help me get a set. I would like to have an idea of what to tell her to expect since she doesn't know anything about pins and has never been to a release.
Do they limit you to one per person, or can you still get two sets pp?
What time should she get there? I might have to see if she can being a friend as I would hate for something to happen to her

Tell her to bring a friend, then you just doubled your chances! Also, be prepared to wait in line a long time! If she needs to get to work by a certain time that could be an issue.
 
They have a Facebook page and will post the rules prior to the release. It is a voucher system. They hand out wristbands and then vouchers. If are are lucky and get a good number, you will get the pins.
 
They also never start sales on time because of the sheer number of vouchers they need to hand out. They don't start sales until ALL vouchers are passed out.
 
Very CRAZY. I expect crazier than the princess release and that was only 1000 (although 1200 wristbands handed out).

Half the people there are going to re-sell as quickly as possible. The rest will keep for their collections, trade for grails, or trade with the people they have in Europe or Florida.

They limit one per person, unless the release is not big. Considering it is Frozen, it will be one per person.

If they stick with a "6am sell", it depends on where she wants to be in line. I would assume people will be there from Thursday night, so if she wants to be in the front of the line for wristbands, Thursday 9pm? But if she doesn't mind being there in the middle or towards the end of the line, maybe Friday 4am? Depends on what time the cut-off is.
